Dear friends,
I apologize for the incomplete Crete picture project. I must confess I was taken aback at the pandemic and shifted gears rather abruptly. I also paid attention to the demonstrations against police violence against the Black community. It occurred to me that as there was much going on, so perhaps the Present, rather than the Past, was worth documenting.
This meant that instead of sharing pictures from my Crete trip, which I can share at a later time , I started a daily drawing of people during the pandemic, ordinary people during extraordinary times.
I will choose to share a few here today and will create a collection later on.
I did want to connect and explain what happened. I hope you and your family are healthy and managing in these challenging times.
