Try this on your next ad:
- Imagine the needs that your clients or customers have in the form of a question
- Select one that might fit the majority of your clients
- Use your expertise to answer this question.
- Put the answer to that somewhere on the ad.
This answer will be a statement of what you provide that your clients or customers might need. Be specific.
An example:
I drive by a Manor Care facility on the way back from the Rockville Pike in Maryland. They have a sign out in front that says, “Dementia Care is all we do.”
This answers:
Question #1: What do you do?
Question #2: What will I do with my (relative) who has dementia?
Why is this important?
Answering a question about a need is an automatic declaration of your expertise.
